Edmonton Catholic Schools
My task was to re-design a custom theme for Edmonton Catholic School Board and Schools using Concept Interactive’s CMS (Content Management System), SiteGovern.
We broke our client projects down into different waves, each of which was presented to the client for review.
Wave 1 – we met with the client to review their website needs and requirements. After our initial meeting, I assisted in designing the desktop wireframe based on the clients specifications. Once the black and white wireframes were created, we presented them to the client for feedback.
Wave 2 – I gathered the school board’s current branding information, and used it to define the new theme’s colors and logos. Once the basic theme information was defined, I assisted in designing the layouts for both the Board and School homepages based on the wireframes presented in the first wave. We then met with the client again to present the homepages, go over their feedback and ask any clarifying questions we may have.
Wave 3 – after meeting with the client I assisted in reviewing and implementing their feedback into the homepage designs. I then took the revised homepages and created responsive versions for all the major breakpoints.
